At the Zoo

You'll probably remember similar zoo pictures from last year. This time Issac and Andrea came with us. My kids loved her double stoller. Even Kolton who places himself far above strollers asked for a ride! The highlight of the tiger exhibit was that he peed for the kids. You know Kolton was going to make a big deal out of that! I gotta say Kolton brushing the goats grossed me out. I had him santize and wash his hands afterwards but I was proud of him for not being scared.

Madi Turns 3

Our little girl is growing up! She had a princess cake with family and cupcakes and a pinata with friends.

Garden Time

Darin always grew up with a garden I never did so he is the pro! We have had a garden almost every summer we have been married. In our first garden I pulled all the carrots when they first started growing thinking they were weeds and our wierd neighbors took all of our corn when it grew. Here is Darin hard at work, I was mostly on kid control and rock picking duty but hey I am going to be the one who weeds it all summer( don't worry we didn't plant carrots)!

Biker Dude

So Kolton now has to play with neighborhood kids daily. It is weird that his life no longer revolves around our family. I don't know if I am ready for my little boy to grow up. He loves riding his bike since he didn't get to use it much last summer. He has bike races with all the kids and we have gone through two boxes of band-aids already!

WE are hoping to get the training wheels off by the end of the summer.

Tip Toe Through the Tulips

I am really glad I took these pictures of Madi because the next day Kolton used the flowers for batting practice and they were losing petals anyway!

Vacation

Darin just gave me a vacation ala no kids! Mom and I headed to Reno to see Shanna. We had a blast rocking out to Abba during the 16 hour (both ways) road trip. We also had the best truly authentic Mexican food! In Reno it was fun hanging with the Keeles!
Darin was a rockstar with the kids!! He let them paint, play play doh, he rounded up the neighborhood little boys for a cul-de-sac game of baseball, mowed the lawn, arated the lawn, cleaned the house and drum roll please did Madi's hair for church!
So pretty much I am the luckiest woman alive!
