So K-dawg's pre-school went and toured a chocolate factory. It smells soooo good in there! We got to see them hand dip the chocolate and watch a film on where chocolate comes from and rounded it out with an I love Lucy clip of Lucy working in the chocolate factory lol! If you look closely you will see the kids all have their mouths full of free samples!
I am sure all of your kids have one.... the one and only lovey that you live in fear of losing!!! This is M-girl's best friend!! And no she will not sleep without it. We actually did leave kitty at the chocolate factory but he was rescued and returned to us!
So it is really funny that these mommy daughter pictures made me think, "She looks nothing like me!" Sigh maybe the next kid will look like me (and no that is not an announcement).
We went to Target for pictures so I wasn't expecting great pictures but I was pleasantly surprise with how they turned out. I orginally was going to chop her hair after pictures but then I chickened out.
I practically lived on this web site when I was Primary Pres but know that I am not in primary anymore it has been a while and I visited it today and they have souped it up! You can print off color pages and play games!! Yes games similar to the Thomas the Tank Engine Web site if you have ever been there. Our fav was the on-line puzzles of Church pictures. The kids put the puzzles together while primary instrumental songs play in the background! K-dawg put the puzzles together for 30 minutes while I made dinner and the music totally brought in the spirit! Anyway we loved it! It is techinally the Friend Magazine online! Here is the link.
This is K-dawgs second visit and he is super cooperative! This was M-girl's first visit and she was okay but pretty freaked out. Only the power of the princess toothbrush she got to hold let the dental hygenist brush her teeth. She really liked the water they swirted in and sucked with the little tube vaccumm thing (like my technical terms?).
Darin and I met at Ricks College and did something both of us swore we would never do...marry a member of the family home evening group. Every once and while you eat your words.
We have been blissfully married for 9 years now and have three beautiful, fun, exciting and adventurous kids and a new baby.
